With sixty seconds’ worth of distance, run...”
Y Now is the time to start your own journey of faith and inquiry:
Everyone lives in the Now and always will. The past is a mere recollection and the future does not exist. I’m not even going to say that ‘the future does not yet exist’ because when the future gets here it will be the present. We as human beings live in the now and so must act in the now. Due to procrastination, busyness, and laziness, we’re tempted to not act in the now. However when we put things off, especially important things like our spiritual journey, we may never come back to them.
To illustrate, I have a habit of writing my ideas down as soon as I think of them because I know that if I plan to write it down later I won’t. I’ll forget it. Searching comes out of a healthy restlessness of your soul, and if you neglect it, it may go away. So start by discussing, reading, and thinking- and if you’re going to do it, do it now.
